General Policy
Cobis.us general policy is to act as the provider of a traffic exchange system. Cobis.us reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Members access to any or all services provided by cobis.us if cobis.us determines that the account has been inappropriately used.
Cobis.us forbids anyone from using our services to display sites that may contain anything illegal. This includes pornographic, racist, abusive, or anything that may possibly offend.
FRAUD - If cobis.us even have the slightest suspicion that you are trying to cheat cobis.us your account will be terminated immediately!
You are only allowed one free account. Anyone found with duplicate accounts will have all accounts deleted.
Payment Policies
Member agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Members accounts according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. Cobis.us reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Cancellation
All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and the difference returned to Member unless the cancellation was caused by Members violation of cobis.us policies. No refunds will be issued in this case.
Lawful Purpose
Members that use our system for illegal activities will have their accounts immediately canceled without refund of any fees. This applies to paid and free accounts. Member hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless cobis.us for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials.
Password Protection
Member is responsible for all use of their Member account and confidentially of their password. Cobis.us will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.
Disclaimer
Cobis.us will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Cobis.us cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet. Cobis.us reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
Member understands that cobis.us services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.
Member understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Member will be notified in advance via e-mail. Cobis.us shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.

SPECIAL NOTE: All Members Websites, Banners and Text Links submitted for approval must be in ENGLISH only. Our Website Owners/Admins speak only English. This Website is a Private Professional Traffic Exchange from Philadelphia PA in the United States. When you visit our Site, you also agree to comply with the asked for information and requirements as stated on the Site. We do not approve of advertising or communication that are vulgar and contrary to this Site Professional Social and Business values. We reserve the right to change or modify our Terms (TOS) at any time without notice to anyone. You are required to check with and follow-up with this Site to know what the changes are and how they may affect you. All Information (text posts, websites, links, etc.) at this Site must be approved by our Site Admin and Moderators before publishing. Additional Refund Policy:
Do you offer a Refund? Yes. We will refund the payment made for a promotion (i.e. Website Banner Listing) if your Site Information is contrary to our TERMS and RULES and you refuse to change your submitted Listing Details. But we will delete your Membership and block you from re-joining our Site. Refund will be done via the same method the payment was received (i.e. PayPal) less any cost charged from PayPal. Refunds will be made if requested after up to 7 days after purchase. You need to make sure you are in agreement with our Terms, Rules, etc., before you pay and submit your Site details.
